     It’s important to always be working hard in life if you want to get far and become successful. In order to become successful in life you must try really hard and be truly dedicated on what you want to do and accomplish. You have to do anything to be able to do what you want that way you won’t have to suffering have having a hard time finding other ways. Also, take any opportunity that is given to you and try your best. For example, if you want to become a doctor you need to work really hard to get into a good college and be able to do any services that they offer you and take any classes that can get you into the position you want to. Be determined on any step to take that can lead you to success and it would only come if you try your best. Trying hard can open many doors for you and once you reach your success then  that can lead you to even happiness because you have accomplished something really big in your life. Always be determined and be able to not just make you happy but everyone around you. Trying hard pays off and it would only come to success that gives you many opportunities in life. Be confident that you will be able to be something becuase success only comes if you try hard.

                                         Ear Nose Throat Doctor

Duties and Responsibilities: They are doctors that are physicians and do surgery on patients ear nose and throat. They deal with all types of diseases in these areas and help patients get better. Also, they do surgical treatments with patients that have hearing disorders and ear infections. They deal with nose cavity and they help in issues like allergies and sense of smell. They manage diseases in patients voice box and they do surgeries if they have an infection.

Salary: $291,943- $400,295

Education: In order to become an ENT you need to have a high undergraduate GPA in biology general chemistry etc. Also have clinical experience and be a shadow of a ENT and show you and tell you what needs to be done and how things need to be taken care of. Then spend 3-5 years in a residency program and a year of surgery training and then get your license.

Demand in Profession: There are many ENT doctors and this profession is very competitive and many like this profession. Many ENT doctors are very successful and able to help many people that there isn’t really a demand in this profession. This career is very competitive since its a difficult career.

Reflection: I would not like to be in this profession because there are a lot of struggles and it takes a long time to become a professional. This career is very different from what i want to do and it has a lot of risks and a lot of things to remember.

This quote means that if you always obey then that can lead you to having a happy. This quote is true because those people that don't obey they get a consequence and they feel miserable. Its good being obedient because that shows a good person you are and by you being obedient then that can make you feel good about yourself. For example, if you obey your parents and you do what you are told then that can make you feel good about yourself and be happy but so will your parents fell the same way. When you are not being obedient then you would not feel good about youself and it wont make anyone happy.

                                                  LAUSD Student Services

Lausd offers many services for students with anything that involves you with your school. They help students with their school requirements and ways they could graduate. To get more students involved they make events at other schools to make more families and students get more involved in education. They also let students know when a good opportunity can come that way they could join and help them be more successful. LAUSD wants there students to be safe and get along with others so they make articles about bulllying and ways they could stay safe and be safe around others. They have calendars of fairs they have so that way students could go and see all the different things and learn things that could help them more in school. They try to prepare students for college so they let them know and show how it is in college and try to help them find ways to get there and be successful. They are given information like how to get scholarships and be able to pay college and be prepared which is very helpful information. LAUSD offers many more services that are very helpful to students and families.

                                          "Choosing the right is always the right thing to do"

  This quote means that all good things that you do is going to be the right thing to do. This quote is saying that doing the right things for yourself and others is he right thing to do because it's something positive or right. To choose the right it could lead you to something good and it good have a good affect too. For example, if you do something that is right like staying in school. that would be a good decision because its the right thing to do. Also its good to lead you to something good because by staying in school that can help you have a good career. Then if you choose the wrong then that can lead you to not being successful and being somewhere where no one wants to be in a bad situation. Alex has an inspirational quote because it would want someone to be in a good path and make the right decisions. Also, just doing the right can lead for you to wanting to do more good things. When it comes to something positive its  going to be the right thing to do. Its always important to choose the right because its the right thing to do and could lead you to good things.

                                              Dermatologist

Duties and Responsibilities: Dermatologist treat people with conditions are there skin. They are able to treat disorders with nails and skin. They are experts in skin care and they are able to give medication to patients that have problems with their skin. Also, they are able to do liposuctions on patients that would want to lose some skin and fat and do laser resurfacing. They are able to treat age spots, sun damage, oily skin and rough skin. And the counsel patients with other specialist that are able to help them.

Salary: $272,793- $370,586

Education: Dermatology is one of the most competitive medical fields, you would have to have many years of education. A undergraduate degree is required from a four year college and then pre-medical courses like chemistry and biology. Then attend a four year medical school that is very competitive and pass with a high GPA.

Demand in Profession: There is a demand in this profession because there is not much but there they won’t disappear any soon.Also, they want to see if there is going to be anything new in this profession. There is an 18% growth in this profession but they want it to grow more.

Reflection: I would be interested in this profession because it’s very challenging and its interesting how the skin can be handled. I would also like to help people and be able to help them treat their skin.

This quote means that its more important who you are instead of just being a good athlete. Who you really are shows the value of yourself whether your good or bad instead of just being able to determine it by how good of a athlete you are. For example, if your a really good person and also very good like at basket ball then who you really show is you then that lets people know what type of person you are. Just because you are good at sports doesn't mean you are actually a good person and that you are the best there could be. Its important to be able to show who you really are instead if showing at what your good at and something you could go pro on. Showing that you are a good person is what will make more people happy because you are truly being able to be yourself. Being able to show that you are good at sports is good but doesn't really show who you really are as a person.
