Duties and Responsibilities: Dentist duties and responsibilities is to help people with their teeth. They help repairing teeth and removing and helping fractured teeth. Also, they straighten out teeth to what is a correct bite size or they fill in cavities. Another thing is, that they help examine x-rays of teeth, gums, jaw and any other area that might have a problem.Dentist also take measurments of teeth to make models of dentures.These people are more involved in helping people keeping their teeht heathy.

Salary: $128,784- $168,621

Education: To become a dentist you need a four year dental program which will then you will earn a doctoral degree. To get a doctoral degree it needs to be in dental medicine and dental surgery. You also need to be part of a clinical exercise with real patients to get an idea of what you will work with and that way you have expierence. Then get licensed to be able to work in a dental clinic.

Demand in profession: It’s predicted that over time there will be a demand in this profession but yet today the number is increasing pretty well. There are still many out there helping in this profession.

Reflection: I would not be interested in this profession because I don’t really find it interesting. Also, I feel like it’s something that is pretty easy and I like to be more challenged.
