The Naturopathic Doctor

Duties and Responsibilities: A naturopathic doctor use nature and modern science to find healings for patients. They work in private health centers and take in patients and ask for their medical history and help them find cures using nature. They help treat chronic pain, allergies, heart disease, etc. They use the power of nature to treat and find cures to illnesses or  any other help issue.

Salary: $80,000

Education: To become a naturopathic doctor it is required to have a bachelor’s degree in science to be able to apply to a naturopathic medical college. It is also required to be in college for four years and it take two years focused on clinical work. Some states it is required to take an examination and have a license.

Demand in Profession: It is predicted that the average growth rate is between 10%-19% through the year 2020.


Reflection: I would be interested in this career because it is interesting to find ways to find cures in nature. It is nice to see that living things around us can cure an illnesses and we could find the importance of all of them.
