This quote means that you should always do what is right when it is the right indicated time. When someone does something good at the right time shows that, that person has a real character and is able show that they are willing to do and give up things. For example, when you win the championship of a sport, but you realize that you did something wrong and you have the need to tell someone. It is better to take action at the right time because when you show true character and that you are an honest person and know that you make mistakes. You did it at the right time which is something great because you and others know that you’re willing to do what is right.
